We celebrated the culmination of NYC Salt students Christian Restrepo, Gisele Placeres, and Grace McNally's photographic journey in Japan. Selected to represent the U.S. in a prestigious photo competition, they spent 10 days in Japan on a full scholarship.
The exhibition featured specially curated collections of their work created during Higashikawa, Japan's fifth annual Youth Fest. Attendees had the opportunity to hear firsthand experiences, anecdotes, and insights from the students and their mentor, Michal Kaminski, while enjoying a private gallery reception and the chance to collect original prints from our talented young photographers.
