We empower them to reach new heights and cultivate a strong sense of agency, belonging, and identity through the art of photography. Our transformative program combines rigorous, multi-year photography and video instruction with hands-on mentorship, college prep, career exploration, and vocational training, all led by top artists and industry experts.

For 20 years, NYC SALT has been creating powerful pathways in visual arts and opening doors to college and career opportunities for talented youth from diverse backgrounds. Through a unique blend of professional instruction and preparatory workshops, we equip our students with advanced skills, confidence, and resilience to thrive in their future endeavors.
